Camp Program

Mornings: Horse psychology, horse communications, grooming, and equitation lessons (English, Western, Dressage, & Bareback)

Afternoons: Trail Rides, art, music, and horsemanship skills development using computers.

Evenings: Campfire singing, presentations, horse-themed movies (Spirit, Hildalgo, Seabiscuit, The Black Stallion, The Young Black Stallion).

All camp programs designed to support the individual needs and interests of the camper and his or her unique learning styles (used successfully by Dr. Thorpe at her charter school to significantly enhance student participation and understanding).  The horsemen and women working with Dr. Thorpe (4 in all) bring considerable expertise.  Their talents will surprise and engage the young horseman-camper:
